Subsequently, these cleaned bottles move along a conveyor belt to be dried by air. Following this, the bottles pass through an LED chamber for further cleaning and sterilization.
Next comes the filling stage, where the bottles are filled with pristine drinking water. They are then subject to manual inspection for quality assurance. Finally, the glass bottles are securely capped to prevent spillage, and labels or stickers are applied. This technologically advanced machinery, recently installed at Hilton Mumbai, stands as the optimal choice for luxury hotels, restaurants, and resorts in the hospitality sector.
Glass is the preferred choice over plastic due to its natural composition, eliminating concerns about leaching or chemical reactions. Furthermore, glass is considered a more sustainable alternative to plastic.
